The initiative sets forth clear objectives:

  • Raise awareness across the Gulf and MENA? region about Syria’s emerging tech ecosystem
  • Encourage regional companies to consider Syrian talent for remote and freelance opportunities
  • Highlight success stories from the bootcamp to inspire confidence and engagement
  • Offer transportation and accommodation bursaries for attendees from further governorates to improve access to knowledge and partnerships in all of Syria

Targeting aspiring developers aged 18–35, career switchers, and regional tech recruiters, Nahda Tech leverages a focused media strategy that includes press interviews, guest opinion pieces in Arabic publications, influencer partnerships, and upcoming virtual events.

In addition to the May bootcamp, a larger Networking and Recruitment Event is scheduled for September, bringing together graduates, employers, and ecosystem supporters to further deepen collaboration and job placement.

Nahda Tech welcomes support from regional media, business leaders, and tech employers to maximize the impact of this promising grassroots effort.
