Nominations Now Open For Inc. Arabia’s Women Of Influence 2026

Building on the success of its editions in 2024 and 2025, Inc. Arabia’s Women of Influence, an annual showcase of exceptional female leaders in the MENA region’s business landscape, is now returning for its 2026 installment.

From founders and executives to innovators and changemakers, this platform is all about celebrating women in the MENA who are creating meaningful impact in the region through their vision, resilience, and leadership.

Inc. Arabia’s Women of Influence 2026 will thus spotlight 30 female leaders whose work is leaving a measurable mark on the region’s business landscape. Whether it’s by building companies, leading organizations, advancing new ideas, or creating opportunities for others, the women selected for this list will be recognized for the impact they have made, the challenges they have overcome, and the example they continue to set for the next generation of leaders—both female and male—across the MENA.
