Egypt’s Banknbox, CSC Jordan to Enhance Financial Inclusion

Cairo-based Banknbox, a digital banking and payment services platform, has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with CSC Jordan, a payments provider with over 20 years of experience. This partnership aims to advance financial inclusion and deliver enhanced services to customers of both companies.[1]

Founded in 2022 by Bassem Mahmoud, Banknbox provides a variety of services, including ATM administration, transaction monitoring, POS, and soft POS. CSC Jordan, established in 2004, specializes in electronic payment and ATM management services.
In 2023, Banknbox inaugurated its new $10 million regional headquarters in Egypt, aiming to deliver a comprehensive suite of banking solutions, electronic payments, smart transportation technology, and digital government payment solutions.[2]
Banknbox also offers a range of services including card issuance and processing for various card types, real-time card personalization, ATM management, POS and SoftPOS transaction acceptance, and a White Label payment gateway, among other solutions.
