UAE Ministry Introduces AI Chatbot to Enhance Services

The UAE Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure has introduced "Ask MOEI," a new AI-powered chatbot aimed at streamlining public inquiries and service requests. Available on the ministry's website, the chatbot offers real-time, 24/7 assistance, providing quick and accurate responses to a variety of questions.[1]
