Saudi Velents Closes Undisclosed Seed Round
The platform has an application tracking system and APIs that enable hiring platforms to become AI-powered.
Saudi Arabia-based HRtech Velents has wrapped up an undisclosed seed investment round led by A15, as per a press release.[1]
Also, investors including Nibras Capital, AUC Venture Lab, and some local investors from the Middle East participated in this oversubscribed first round.
Founded in 2020 by Mohamed Gaber and Abdulaziz Almuhaydib, the AI recruiter Velents can screen resumes, set up interviews, and evaluate candidates' language, skills, and coding aptitude.
This can save up to 80 percent of hiring costs and boost the number of interviews an HR conducts annually by 400 percent.
An application tracking system and APIs that enable hiring platforms to become AI-powered are also included in Velents’ platform.
Velents maintains a diverse staff comprising 40% women and boasts a founding team from top firms in Europe, the UAE, and the KSA.
