Saudi-based Proptech Nuzul Closes Pre-Seed Investment

Saudi Arabia’s proptech Nuzul has closed an undisclosed pre-seed investment round, reports Jawlah. The round led by Egypt-based seed and early stage VC Flat6Labs and included a number of angel investors.

Nuzul, which launched in 2022, provides real estate offices and agents an aggregator, helping them to market and manage operations using customer relationship management (CRM). In September, Nuzul was one of 20 startups selected to participate in the tenth intake of Saudi telco stc’s InspireU accelerator.
