Sakan, a Kuwaiti real estate technology company, has acquired the Qatari company Hapondo as part of its plan to enter the Qatari real estate market.

Hapondo is a real estate marketing platform that connects real estate companies with customers, providing property seekers with access to real estate products and services. The platform analyzes real estate data and produces evaluations based on reliable information.
Established by Abdullah Al-Saleh in 2016, Sakan, which currently operates in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Bahrain, will expand its operations to include Qatar through this acquisition.
The acquisition aims to expand Sakan’s services in Qatar by utilizing Hapondo’s network with clients and real estate developers. It also seeks to integrate the technologies of both companies to offer improved real estate solutions and user experiences.
