Takamul National Agriculture Company has announced an agreement to acquire a 15% stake in the Saudi Arabian Nabataty, a company specializing in ornamental plants, related supplies, and gifting solutions for companies and individuals. The financial details of the deal were not disclosed.[1]
Established in 1984, Takamul National Agriculture Company offers a range of agricultural services and products.
Nabataty, established in 2018, serves customers across central, eastern, and western regions through its online platform. The startup aims for further geographical expansion and a customer base spanning both the private and government sectors.
In February, Al Bustan Nurseries clinched a 10% stake in Nabataty.
