The MENA region’s leading digital marketplace group, Dubizzle Group, has acquired UAE-based real estate market intelligence platform Property Monitor. The terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

Founded in 2014 by Jay Grant, Property Monitor offers analytics and property intelligence through its software as a service (SaaS) platform PMiQ, in addition to application programming interfaces (APIs), market reports, and automated valuation tools. With clients that include major real estate agencies and developers in the UAE, it has become a key platform for property data, analytics, and insights within the local real estate market.

“We are delighted to welcome Property Monitor to the Dubizzle Group real estate portfolio,” said Haider Ali Khan, CEO of Dubizzle Group, in a statement. “As a trusted and respected brand in the UAE, Property Monitor complements our market-leading platforms, Bayut and Dubizzle. This acquisition unlocks new opportunities to enhance the value that Bayut and Dubizzle deliver to real estate agents and developers, while reinforcing Dubizzle Group’s position as a leading destination for real estate classifieds in the UAE. It also reflects our broader strategy of targeted acquisitions that strengthen our ability to deliver an exceptional user experience across the region’s real estate and automotive sectors."

Property Monitor will be integrated into the Dubizzle Group's real estate platforms to provide a more data-focused experience for agencies and developers. Dubizzle Group also plans to develop Property Monitor’s services further by adding demand-side data to improve client interaction.

Dubizzle’s acquisition strategy targets businesses that align with its operations in real estate and automotive services, aiming to broaden its product range and user offering. This is Dubizzle Group’s third acquisition in two years. In 2024, it acquired the Egyptian online car marketplace Hatla2ee, as well as the UAE-based automotive portal Drive Arabia.

With over 47 million monthly visits and 15 million monthly users, Dubizzle Group’s portals are the region’s go-to destinations for online classifieds.
