Scalers, an online competency-based learning and placement company, closed an investment round worth SAR 7 million ($1.87 million) led by Sadu Capital and Access Bridge Ventures, according to an announcement.[1]

The money will help Scalers develop its products and employment services and accelerate plans for market expansion.

Founded in 2020, Skillers helps hiring managers fill high-quality job openings 10 times faster than traditional methods, by giving them instant access to pre-screened and filtered talent.

Each candidate is selected according to hundreds of criteria that reflect the specific needs of each recruitment partner.

The eligibility of each candidate will be determined through interactive tests and then Scalers links qualified competencies directly with companies when job vacancies become available.
