The Potcast Productions Closes Pre-seed Round
Recently, Vodafone Business awarded TPP with the Gold Ticket Award for their performance in the Shark Tank program.
The Potcast Productions (TPP), an Egypt-based podcast production startup, has completed its pre-seed funding. They have secured funds from Innovative Media Productions (IMP) and investor Ahmed Tarek Khalil.[1]
This additional capital boost follows TPP’s first funding phase when they qualified to join season two of the Egyptian Shark Tank program in April this year.
They are increasing their content output, their marketing, and even the pace of production of new casts which are targeted to multiple audience groups.
Potcast Productions was started in 2020 by Islam Adel. It has 15 diverse programs that only took six months to be listened 7 million times and have been watched for more than 60,000 hours.
TPP announced previously that it plans to expand into regional markets, including Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
