Founded in 2024 by Scott Thiel and Matthew Blom, Tokinvest connects real-world asset issuers with investors globally by creating virtual tokens representing asset rights. The platform provides services from ideation and trading to asset servicing.
The funds will improve Tokinvest’s technological infrastructure, expand the team, and accelerate market penetration. Tokinvest has also opened its next funding round to attract further investment for scaling operations, expanding global reach, and continuing innovation in the asset tokenization market.
This funding follows Tokinvest's recent initial approval for licensing from the Government of Dubai Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA), subject to the fulfillment of pre-operating conditions and operational approval.
