UAE’s Bayut Launches TruBroker
TruBroker™ aims to simplify the property search process by connecting users with agents who offer reliable service.
Bayut, a property portal in the UAE, has introduced the industry-first recognition program TruBroker™, an agent rewards and recognition program aimed at enhancing the property search experience. The program focuses on promoting transparency and accountability in the UAE property sector by recognizing agents for their performance.[1]
TruBroker™ uses a merit-based system with performance badges and a weekly leaderboard to encourage agents to maintain service quality. With over 20,000 agents on Bayut, the platform highlights those who perform well in customer satisfaction, responsiveness, and accurate property listings.
Agents can earn three badges: “Responsive Broker” for replying to inquiries, “Quality Lister” for verified property listings using Bayut’s TruCheck™, and the “TruBroker™” badge for meeting both criteria. These badges are displayed on Bayut’s "Find My Agent" page, making it easier for users to connect with agents.
