US-based Mercer Purchases UAE’s The Talent Enterprise

US-based talent and workforce management enterprise and a division of Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC), Mercer, announced that it has acquired The Talent Enterprise (TTE), a provider of talent assessment and psychometric technologies with headquarters in the UAE, as per a press release.^[1]  

Amidst the need for trained labor as businesses increase their workforces, the purchase, subject to regulatory approval, will enhance Mercer's staff and HR transformation capabilities.

The Talent Enterprise, which was founded in 2012 by David Jones, Radhika Punshi, and Gauri Gupta, offers talent evaluation tools and solutions for skill development that help organizations make important people-centric decisions.

Its services cover everything from hiring and career counseling to succession planning, talent management, and workplace wellness. 

In addition, The Talent Enterprise provides a range of services from career counseling and recruitment to talent management and succession planning, workplace well-being, and data science and technology.

Their staff comprises 55 organizational psychologists, human capital specialists, and data science specialists. 

By acquiring The Talent Enterprise, Mercer will increase its capacity to assist customers in molding their hiring, identifying and developing high potential, coaching, leadership development, and succession planning procedures through the use of exclusive assessment tools and platforms.

The Talent Enterprise received financial advice from PwC Middle East, legal counsel from Clyde & Co., and strategic advice from Intrepid Investment Bankers.
