Zoho’s Hyther Nizam On The Digital Age Of Business
In order to harness the full potential of artificial intelligence (AI), organizations first need to complete their digital transformation.
“AI cannot improve the productivity of an organization which is on paper and pen,” Hyther Nizam, president of Middle East and Africa at the India-born global technology company Zoho Corp, told Inc. Arabia in an interview at this year's edition of GITEX GLOBAL.
In order to harness the full potential of artificial intelligence (AI), organizations first need to complete their digital transformation, Nizam told us, which is why Zoho has aligned itself with the UAE's objectives in helping businesses transition to a paperless system.
“We are aligning with the government strategy by helping businesses to access 50-plus products with an affordable price,” he said, telling us that Zoho offers over applications to serve every department within an organization, collectively known as "the Zoho One bundle." This flagship product suite is a cornerstone of their offerings in the Middle East and Africa.
Nizam also highlighted strategic partnerships in the UAE as having played a pivotal role in accelerating Zoho’s growth, and helped it establish a strong foothold in the country, making it one of the company's biggest markets.
