Clara Expands Growth Strategy with Acquisition of UAE's BOTH

UAE-based Legaltech startup Clara has announced its acquisition of UAE’s BOTH Corporate Services Limited (BCS), a corporate services provider in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), according to an issued press release.[1]

Through this deal, BCS’ clients will gain access to Clara's platform, allowing them to manage their ADGM companies digitally.
This includes utilizing Clara’s digital cap table solution for efficient equity management.
As part of the agreement, Anna Heystek, Co-Founder & CEO of BCS, will take on a senior business development role at Clara.
Clara Technologies offers digital-first company formation and management solutions in ADGM and other popular jurisdictions.
