Saudi Arabia-based equity management platform RasMal announced its acquisition of the UAE's firm Pentugram.[1]

Hasan J. Zainal and Miled Elias founded Pentugram in 2018, a cloud-based software-as-a-service platform that streamlines the investment process for venture capital, private equity, and angel investors. The platform's portfolio comprises venture capitalists from the Mena region.

Salem Aljawini, Nasser Al-Tamimi, and Basil Alkuraya co-founded RasMal in 2019, which uses a dynamic data room to automate fundraising, improve governance, and manage cap tables.

Pentugram facilitates deal flow management, portfolio oversight, and reporting to limited partners, boasting a client base that includes VCs across the MENA region.

Pentugram's clients will now have access to RasMal's suite of services, while RasMal will leverage Pentugram's expertise to provide investors and fund managers with solutions for deal flow management.
