Zofeur Expands 'Pay-per-minute' Drivers to Abu Dhabi
Zofeur now offers residents and visitors to Abu Dhabi the option to hire drivers for one-way trips.
Zofeur, a Dubai-based on-demand tech startup renowned for its distinctive “Pay-per-minute” driver services, has expanded its operations to Abu Dhabi, according to an announcement. [1]
Through the Zofeur smartphone app, residents of the UAE capital can instantly hire personal chauffeurs and take advantage of the convenience of using their private vehicles for any length of time—10 minutes, 10 hours, or 10 days.
Zofeur now offers residents and visitors to Abu Dhabi the option to hire drivers for one-way trips.
Zofeur was founded in July 2020, by two entrepreneurial friends, Bunty Monani and Ishrath Hasmin, who bootstrapped the company while working full-time jobs.
Zofeur raised a $500,000 Seed funding round in May 2021, led by angel investors to help the company expand in Bahrain and KSA next year.
The app underwent a revamp in November 2021, as a result of taking on board customer feedback to offer the best user experience.
Zofeur now has over 50,000 users in Dubai alone.
