etisalat by e& and the Department of Culture and Tourism - Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) have jointly launched Arena Esports, a digital gaming initiative that will serve as the regional gaming matrix's cornerstone, as per an emailed press release.
The 360-degree gaming platform Arena Esports will accommodate players of all skill levels, from novices to seasoned pros.
In addition to engaging with community servers, earning monthly points, participating in unique events, and having exclusive interactions with gaming influencers, players can immerse themselves in thrilling tournaments.
Nine out of ten adults in the UAE play video games, making it the country with the highest percentage of adult gamers worldwide.
