The first homes are expected to be completed by early 2026. While construction is underway, Expo City remains open for events and visitors.
Land sales for commercial and residential purposes will soon start. The Mangrove Residences apartment project is fully sold, with one-bedroom units priced at around AED 2 million ($544,590). This project includes 450 units across three buildings, set for completion by early 2026.
Expo Valley offers various properties, including townhouses and villas, which are already sold out. Villas, priced from AED 3.4 million ($930,000) to over AED 15 million (44.08 million), will be delivered from early to mid-2026. However, apartments in the Sky Residences are still available, starting at AED 1.8 million ($490,000).
Additional plot sales for residential and commercial use will be announced soon.
Recently, Dubai announced a major new quality-of-life strategy to enhance the well-being of the emirate under the guidance of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai.
