UAE-Based Creators HQ And Alfan Open Applications For US$1.36 Million Social Content Fund
Selected creators receive upfront financing, full access to Alfan.io for one year, brand deal opportunities, structured growth support, and eligibility for UAE Golden Visa nomination with relocation support.
Creators HQ, a UAE-based creators’ hub, in partnership with Alfan, a content creator platform in the UAE, has opened applications for the Social Content Fund program targeting its first cohort of digital creators.
The Social Content Fund is designed to support creators producing family- and society-focused content, including educational, edutainment, human-interest storytelling, animation, and health and nutrition material, with a focus on promoting positive values, family cohesion, and socially relevant themes.
Under the program, Creators HQ and Alfan will allocate AED5 million (US$1.36 million) to support 50 creators through training programs, access to production equipment, and studio facilities. It also includes opportunities to collaborate with social media platforms and content-focused brands to support the continuity of participants’ projects.
The program follows a strategic partnership signed between Creators HQ and Alfan during the fourth edition of the 1 Billion Followers Summit, which concluded in Dubai on January 11, 2026.
To qualify, applicants must produce consistent video content, have at least 100,000 subscribers on YouTube, and present a content plan aligned with the program’s focus areas.
Applicants are required to submit their content, including YouTube channels and performance data, outline their content plans and growth goals, and indicate their willingness to relocate or partially relocate to the UAE.
Selected participants will participate in workshops led by content strategy specialists and receive support with personal branding, marketing, and financial guidance. They will also gain one year of access to Alfan’s platform, among other benefits.
The initiative also includes relocation support and assistance in obtaining the UAE’s Golden Visa, as part of efforts to attract international content creators.
The results and selected creators will be announced at the fifth edition of the 1 Billion Followers Summit in 2027.
Applications remain open until May 10, 2026, through the program’s official application link.
