The Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence (DCAI) is now accepting applications for the second cycle of its Future of AI in Government Services Accelerator.

DCAI, in partnership with Dubai Future Accelerators—an initiative of the Dubai Future Foundation—is seeking AI companies with ideas that address current and future challenges in government services to be a part of this accelerator program.

The program is closely aligned with the Dubai Universal Blueprint for Artificial Intelligence, which aims to position the emirate as the world’s largest hub for AI-driven innovation across key sectors.

In a statement, Saeed Al Falasi, Executive Director of DCAI, said, “The Future of AI in Government Services Accelerator program is designed to spark innovative uses of AI, helping government entities position Dubai among the world’s top cities for delivering agile, AI-powered public services defined by speed, quality, and efficiency. Our goal is to create seamless, intelligent experiences that save time and effort while enhancing quality of life, all in service of making Dubai the happiest city in the world.”

In this second cycle, participants will work with over 20 government entities on four focus areas: enhancing personalization and efficiency in existing services, developing entirely new AI-driven services to overcome past challenges, embedding AI into day-to-day operations to improve efficiency, and ensuring inclusive accessibility for all users.

The door for applications is open until Friday, August 29.

Participants will benefit from direct collaboration with experts and senior decision-makers, with the opportunity to implement solutions at scale. The program takes no equity stake, allowing companies to retain full ownership of their innovations. Selected teams will also receive fully sponsored accommodation and travel for the eight-week program in Dubai, running from October 6 to November 28, 2025.

The initiative’s first cycle attracted 615 AI companies from 55 countries, resulting in 183 defined use cases, 75 of which have already been piloted—underscoring Dubai’s commitment to advancing AI in public services and improving community well-being.
