KSA-based investment firm Gloventures has announced a strategic partnership and investment agreement with Greece-based cybersecurity company MindTheHack

A joint venture between the two companies was announced at this year's edition of Black Hat MEA, which ran from December 2-4, 2025, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

In an interview with Inc. Arabia, Gloventures Chairman Ahmed Osilan said that the company’s partnership with MindTheHack is rooted in advancing Saudi Arabia’s tech and digital development under Vision 2030, while also reflecting ambitions that extend well beyond the Kingdom’s borders.

"It's not really about only being in Saudi Arabia,” Osilan explained. “It's about being in Saudi Arabia and doing something for the rest of the world. And that's the whole idea of incubating this opportunity here in Saudi.”

Meanwhile, MindTheHack has called the collaboration with Gloventures "a major milestone" that will support its global expansion and accelerate the rollout of its next-generation, artificial intelligence-driven offensive security platform.

“We are very proud that we found a partner like Gloventures, and now, we start a collaborative partnership here in Saudi Arabia,” Stavros Kirikos, founder and CEO of MindTheHack, told Inc. Arabia. “We are aligned with Vision 2030, and together with Gloventures, we will expand our business globally."
