Dell Technologies and the ADX-listed public company majority-owned by Abu Dhabi-based G42, Presight, have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to enhance digital transformation efforts in the UAE. The collaboration aims to leverage advanced infrastructure solutions to accelerate the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) and big data across the region.

The partnership will also enhance cybersecurity measures through the implementation of zero-trust principles.

Earlier in May, Presight AI Holding PLC, ADNOC, and Abu Dhabi's G42 announced a new shareholding structure for AIQ to enhance AI solutions in the energy sector.

Presight will own 51% of the company under the new AIQ ownership structure, while ADNOC will own 49%, giving the firm a valuation of more than $1.4 billion.

As part of the deal, ADNOC will exchange a portion of its shares in AIQ for a 4% stake in Presight, previously held by G42.
