The announcement was made public at the Milken Institute Conference in Los Angeles, USA, where Alat revealed its plans for AI infrastructure and the global energy transition.
The electrification unit is poised to spearhead advancements in transmission and distribution technologies, with a particular emphasis on integrating renewable energy sources into existing grids. Additionally, it will delve into technologies for gas and hydrogen generation and compression.
Meanwhile, the AI Infrastructure division will encompass a wide array of components such as network and communication equipment, servers, data center networking equipment, storage solutions, industrial edge servers, and industry 4.0 computing.
