Microsoft Unveils Copilot+ PCs
Microsoft announced plans to incorporate the latest AI technology from OpenAI, GPT-4o, into the Copilot platform.

Chief Executive Satya Nadella unveiled the Copilot+ PCs at a high-profile event held at the company's Redmond, Washington, campus. Microsoft has partnered with leading manufacturers such as Acer and Asustek Computer to bring these innovative PCs to market.
Priced at a starting point of $1,000, these computers boast enhanced AI capabilities, enabling them to execute a myriad of artificial-intelligence tasks without reliance on cloud data centers. Scheduled to commence shipping on June 18th.
During the event, Microsoft showcased the Copilot voice assistant's real-time coaching abilities in action and guiding users through activities like gaming, as exemplified by the popular "Minecraft" video game.
Yusuf Mehdi, Microsoft's head of consumer marketing, projected that 50 million units will be sold within the next year.
