The Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZ) has unveiled its adoption of Copilot for Microsoft 365, in collaboration with tech giant Microsoft. DIEZ will leverage AI-driven technology solutions to accelerate processes and optimize performance across its economic zones, including the Dubai Airport Freezone, Dubai Silicon Oasis, and Dubai CommerCity.
By using AI with integration into Microsoft 365 applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams, DIEZ aims to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and refocus efforts on delivering services to investors and clients.
DIEZ anticipates significant improvements in decision-making processes, marketing strategies, sales initiatives, financial management, HR operations, and IT support functions.
