NMDC Group to List NMDC Energy on ADX
NMDC Energy, formerly known as National Petroleum Construction Company, addresses the needs of the energy sector.

The board of directors of NMDC Group PJSC has approved listing NMDC Energy PJSC on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) and selling a portion of the group's shares through a public subscription.[1]
The listing is pending approval from the Securities and Commodities Authority and ADX. Details of the public subscription will be announced once these approvals are obtained.
