Blockchain Sports, Alpha Jossor to Build New Sports Complex

Blockchain Sports Ecosystem, a UK-based tech company led by Founder Dmitry Saksonov, has inked a $3.3 million memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Saudi Arabia’s Alpha Jossor Investments to develop one of the MENA region's largest innovative sports complexes.

Saudi Vision 2030 aims to enhance the sports sector by promoting healthy lifestyles, increasing participation in sports, and positioning the kingdom as a global hub for major sporting events.
The project will incorporate advanced technologies and attract direct investments into the sports and entertainment industries. Notable football stars Kevin Kuranyi, Jay-Jay Okocha, Mikael Silvestre, and Jens Lehmann attended the signing ceremony in Riyadh.
The sports complex will feature a football academy using integrated training solutions and real estate development aligned with a smart sports city. These new facilities aim to boost tourism and attract foreign investment in preparation for global sports events. Representatives from Blockchain Sports Ecosystem across three continents, along with private sector representatives, will take part in implementing the project.
Alpha Jossor Investments, a strategic partner in the private sector, will help connect global companies and attract both foreign and local investment. The MoU also includes the development of a digital real estate platform for buying, selling, and managing properties within the smart city. Investments will total $1.6 billion, covering 1,500 villas and about 3,330 apartments.
Blockchain Sports Ecosystem is the first global network combining performance tracking, AI, XR, and blockchain technologies to shape the future of sports. With over 1,200 tech and sports experts across eight countries, the company partners with 30 football academies worldwide, including three in Brazil that support over 600 teenagers from low-income families.
The MoU also involves the creation of a digital ID platform for athlete identities, ensuring secure and transparent transactions. Partner academies in 16 countries will be connected to this platform to scout and train top football talent. Blockchain technology will enhance data storage security and streamline the process.
The project will also include a Photochain initiative, capturing video interviews with football stars to inspire and guide the design of the new Saudi sports facility. The entire tech portfolio is protected by INTEROCO Copyright Office in Germany, with global recognition across 181 countries, including Saudi Arabia.
