Emaar Unveils $410 Million Expansion Plan for Dubai Mall

Emaar Properties has revealed a plan for a significant expansion of Dubai Mall, set to include 240 new luxury stores and dining options. This expansion project, with an investment of AED 1.5 billion ($410 million), is already underway, with contractors mobilizing on-site.[1]

Emaar Malls Management (LLC) oversees Dubai Mall among other iconic properties, including Souk Al Bahar, Dubai Marina Mall, and Gold & Diamond Park.
