Oman-based cloud kitchen startup IO Kitchens has raised $2.8 million in a seed funding round led by Tanmia Small-Cap Fund, with support from family offices and regional investors. The funds will be used to expand its operations, increase kitchen capacities, and enhance technology-driven experiences.[1]
