Yogi Sadhguru Speaks in Dubai for COP28
Yogi, mystic, and environmentalist, Sadhguru will speak at an event for Save Soil at COP28 this year.
Yogi Sadhguru, founder of Save Soil, a movement that aims to address soil strength around the world, will speak at an event to raise awareness about soil health at COP28 in Dubai this year.
Save Soil spotlights the role of healthy living soils in mitigating climate change, addressing food security, enhancing biodiversity, reducing pollution, and sequestering carbon. Save Soil is being featured at a pavilion at COP28’s Blue Zone.
On 5 December, Sadhguru will speak at “The Wake Up Experience” a World Soil Day Event, to highlight climate-change-induced migration.
Sadhguru will also host a meditation program, ‘Sadhguru in Dubai – Meet, Mingle and Meditate,’ on 9 December, to an expected audience of over 12,000 people in Dubai’s Coca-Cola area.
Sadhguru is a yogi, mystic, and environmental activist. The author of the New York Times bestseller Inner Engineering: A Yogi’s Guide to Joy, Sadhguru founded the non-profit spiritual organization Isha Foundation in 1992 in India. Through the foundation, Sadghuru has launched environmental projects like Project GreenHands, Rally for Rivers, Cauvery Calling, and Save Soil.
