Saudi Arabia Introduces First Luxury Train Service
The actual operation of the 40 luxury cabins is scheduled to commence in the fourth quarter of 2025.

Saudi Arabia has unveiled the 'Dream of the Desert' luxury train service first-of-its-kind in the Middle East and North Africa region.[1]
This 40-cabin train is set to introduce new luxury transportation offerings.
Saudi Arabia Railways (SAR) has joined forces with the Italian Arsenale Group, specialists in managing deluxe train excursions, to bring the 'Dream of the Desert' service.
Anticipated to be available for bookings by the end of 2024, the actual operation of the 40 luxury cabins is scheduled to commence in the fourth quarter of 2025.
The inaugural journeys are slated to embark from the North Train Station in Riyadh, traverse through Hail, and culminate at the Al Qurayyat train station.
