DFF Announce Speakers for Dubai Assembly for Generative AI
H.E. Omar Al Olama Among More Than 70 Global AI Experts Participating
Over 70 of the world’s top experts and specialists in generative AI will participate in the Dubai Assembly for Generative AI, the Dubai Future Foundation (DFF) announced on Thursday.
The Assembly will be held on October 11th and 12th, 2023, at the Museum of the Future and AREA 2071 in Emirates Towers in Dubai under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Dubai Future Foundation, to provide a global platform for exploring the potential of generative artificial intelligence (AI) as well as ways to develop and govern its various applications and use cases.
Among the speakers announced will be His Excellency Omar Sultan Al Olama, Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy, and Remote Work Applications event along with industry specialists from the public and private sectors in the UAE, and major international companies such as Meta, Deloitte, Google, PwC, Microsoft, SAP among others.

The Dubai Assembly for Generative AI is the largest global gathering exploring the future and opportunities of generative AI. It supports Dubai's vision to become a global center for testing emerging technologies and taking advantage of their opportunities. The Assembly complements Dubai's efforts to collaborate with decision-makers and industry leaders from around the world to address challenges and create new opportunities.

Generative AI is considered one of the world’s fastest growing technologies. It is expected to contribute $4.4 trillion annually to the global economy and raise global GDP by 7% over the next 10 years.
