Emaar, The Economic City, the master developer of King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC), has joined forces with the logistics solutions provider Aramex to reduce environmental impact and improve operational efficiency at KAEC by implementing sustainable logistics solutions.[1]
The partnership will unfold in phases, with the initial stage featuring the deployment of Aramex Bot deliveries in select areas like Baylasan and Marina Areas.
These bots will navigate optimal routes, circumvent traffic, and maneuver through urban landscapes, augmenting delivery speed and efficiency. With zero emissions and electric-powered operation, these bots will reduce carbon footprints, aligning with KAEC's eco-friendly objectives and Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 goals.
