UAE-based healthtech TruDoc Healthcare announced its acquisition of the Indian chronic disease management platform, Wellthy Therapeutics, for an undisclosed sum.[1]
Raouf Khalik founded TruDoc in 2011 as a provider of telehealth and virtual care, including hospitalist programs and virtual clinics for telemonitoring both acute and chronic care.
Abhishek Shah, Aradh Pillai, Maaz Shaikh, and Prayat Shah established Wellthy Therapeutics in 2015; it is a virtual platform for managing chronic diseases that provides individualized digital medicines.
Thanks to this integration, patients will have access to individualized treatment plans and top-notch healthcare.
