Qatar, and Kuwait secure top positions in Asia for their generous average salaries. With an average salary of $51,390, the UAE takes second place, closely followed by Qatar with $50,868, and Kuwait with $49,640, according to the latest Robert Walters salary guide for Asia Pacific.[1]

The plans of businesses in Singapore to raise salaries further demonstrate the rise of Asia's economic prominence. Nearly 57% of enterprises in the city-state plan to implement pay raises in 2024.
