Dubai’s Lifemart Introduces Negative Price Eco-Bags
This move is part of Lifemart’s campaign to combat plastic waste and promote sustainable shopping.
Lifemart, a healthy food store in Dubai's Business Bay, has launched a unique initiative offering the world's first negative-price eco-bags that reduce the total purchase price by AED 1 ($0.27) each.[1]
This move is part of Lifemart’s campaign to combat plastic waste and promote sustainable shopping. Available for free at the store in Bay Square 11, the eco-bags are aimed at attracting environmentally conscious customers.
Lifemart, with over 330 stores in three countries, is absorbing the costs of this promotion as part of its commitment to environmental conservation. Beyond being a grocery store, Lifemart serves as a community hub in Dubai, offering a variety of ready-to-eat meals, fresh coffee, free Wi-Fi, and home delivery services.
