Armed with the mission to transform how businesses harness the power of artificial intelligence (AI), Saudi Arabia-based Perception Forge AI, which calls itself “the Middle East’s pioneer AI factory,” has been applying its capabilities to the practice of law by building Waddah.ai, the Kingdom’s first AI-powered legal assistant.

Besides delivering automated contract analysis, drafting, and legal document preparation, Waddah.ai also offers 24/7 Arabic-native legal consultation across more than 450 Saudi regulations. But Waddah.ai is not specific to the KSA market either—AlQahtani points out that its adaptive architecture can be deployed across any legal system around the world, which can include international jurisdictions as well as corporate internal policies.
And its impact has been proven as well—AlQahtani notes that the use of Waddah.ai has allowed for a 70 percent productivity increase for legal teams, an accuracy of 99 percent in Saudi legal research, and significant cost reduction through automation and error prevention. Add to that Waddah.ai’s scalable framework, and it serves as a reflection of the Kingdom’s ambitions to take homegrown innovation onto the international stage–as AlQahtani put it: “Waddah.ai democratizes legal expertise, while empowering professionals, directly supporting Vision 2030’s digital transformation, and positioning Saudi Arabia as a global AI leader.”
