Gamechangers: AI | NEXA AI Lab's Amit Vyas Is Helping Organizations Operationalize AI In Ways That Are Safe, Scalable, And Commercially Viable

Amit Vyas is the Group CEO of Nexa Holding, a Dubai-born diversified group of over 10 international agencies and consultancies that span integrated marketing, artificial intelligence (AI) transformation, consultancy, and education.In 2023, Vyas launched the NEXA AI Lab as a structured AI innovation and deployment division of his enterprise that would focus on embedding AI into core commercial functions, including marketing, sales, and customer service.

By combining commercial deployment experience, strategic research partnerships, and regional AI education, NEXA AI Lab helps organizations operationalize AI in ways that are safe, scalable and commercially viable. Since its launch, the lab’s AI systems have been deployed across nine industries, generating over US$500,000 in direct, human-free revenue for clients, while reducing manual processing in workflows by up to 96 percent. “We don’t produce abstract ‘AI readiness’ studies,” Vyas notes. “We embed systems that deliver measurable outcomes in revenue, automation, and operational efficiency.”

For Vyas, that emphasis on execution is shaped as much by context as by conviction. “The MENA region is accelerating,” Vyas says. “New cities are being built. Entire industries are modernizing. Digital-first business models are emerging across hospitality, real estate, retail, finance, and public services. That pace creates both opportunity and pressure. Businesses cannot scale marketing, sales, and customer service using traditional manual structures. The volume of demand, multilingual audiences, and 24/7 expectations require systems that move at the same speed as the region itself. This is where AI becomes a structural enabler, not a trend.”
