Adaye Launches Organic Menstrual Solutions in GCC
The platform also includes digital content, such as blogs and podcasts, to provide information on menstrual health.
Adaye, a startup specializing in gynae health and femtech, has officially launched in the GCC region with a range of organic and sustainable menstrual care products.[1]
The launch addresses a significant need in the GCC, where women’s gynecological health faces challenges. The prevalence of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) in Gulf Arab states is 18.8%, higher than in neighboring regions. Uterine fibroids and adenomyosis also affect over 30% of women undergoing hysterectomy in the Middle East.
Adaye’s product line includes organic pads, tampons, and pantyliners, free from harmful chemicals like dioxins and lead. These products are biodegradable and packaged in recyclable, plastic-free materials, focusing on both health and environmental sustainability.
The femtech platform offers personalized period care solutions through tailored product subscriptions and dispenser plans for businesses, supporting menstrual equity in public spaces. The platform also includes digital content, such as blogs and podcasts, to provide information on menstrual health.
