Dubai CommerCity, NQuBator Roll Out Incubation Program For Digital Commerce Ventures
The incubator’s inaugural cohort, which will begin in October 2026, is set to focus on addressing opportunities and challenges across the digital commerce sector.
Dubai CommerCity, the UAE-based free zone dedicated exclusively to digital commerce, has partnered with UAE-based startup incubator and innovation platform NQuBator to launch an incubation program that will accelerate the growth of high-potential digital commerce startups, while also supporting the emirate’s broader entrepreneurship ecosystem.
The initiative aims to equip participating startups with mentorship, advisory support, capability-building programs, and access to industry networks to strengthen their business models and prepare for commercial growth. Participants will also have opportunities to pilot their solutions with corporate partners and showcase their businesses during demo days and investor engagement events aimed at connecting them with investors, strategic partners, and potential customers.
In a statement, Amna Lootah, Director General of Dubai CommerCity, said, "We are committed to advancing initiatives that support the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33) by strengthening the Emirate's innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem. Our partnership with NQuBator reflects this commitment by helping bridge the investment readiness gap for digital and e-commerce startups, providing founders with the mentorship, business capabilities, and operational expertise required to build resilient, investment-ready businesses with long-term growth potential."
Saeed Hamad Al Hamli, founder and CEO of NQuBator, added, “Building successful digital commerce ventures requires more than innovative ideas. It requires access to the right ecosystem, industry expertise, strategic partnerships, and growth opportunities. Dubai CommerCity provides the ideal environment for entrepreneurs to launch, test, and scale digital commerce businesses, making it the natural partner for this initiative. Through this incubation program, we aim to equip promising founders with the practical support, mentorship, and investor access they need to transform innovative concepts into commercially viable businesses capable of competing on a regional and global stage.”.
The incubator’s inaugural cohort, which will begin in October 2026, is set to focus on addressing opportunities and challenges across the digital commerce sector. As part of the initiative, Dubai CommerCity will connect participating startups with its innovation ecosystem and key stakeholders to encourage collaboration and business growth. Eligible companies will also receive support in establishing or expanding their regional operations through business setup services, regulatory guidance, and other ecosystem resources designed to simplify market entry and support long-term expansion.
Applications for the program's first cohort will open on August 10, 2026—entrepreneurs and early-stage startups from around the world can submit their applications on this link.
