Mouteih Chaghlil’s journey with Bespin Global began in 2015 when he founded Falcon9 — a pioneering startup in professional and managed services, in the UAE. In 2019, his startup was acquired by the Korean digital transformation and cloud consultancy and certified managed service provider, Bespin Global.

The entrepreneur then facilitated Bespin Global’s joint venture with UAE-headquartered global technology group e& to establish the company as the largest pure player in the Middle East, Turkey, Africa, and Pakistan. Through this partnership, Bespin Global became an e& enterprise company, with its operations helping public and private sector entities in the region to transition to cloud technology.

Today, in his capacity as the CEO of the Middle East and Africa at Bespin Global, Chaghlil oversees the company’s strategy to drive cloud adoption, digital migration, technology implementation, DevOps, FinOps, and Big Data with its enterprise customers in the region.

“Bespin Global has empowered over 500 organizations across diverse sectors and sizes in the Middle East to accelerate their digital transformation journeys, modernize digital infrastructure, streamline operations, and deliver advanced services to their clients,” Chaghlil says. “Bespin Global’s mission aligns especially closely with the digital strategies of the UAE and KSA, driving substantial economic growth, and positioning the GCC and Middle East as key hubs for innovation and progress.”

With Chaghlil at its helm, Bespin Global has reached the highest tier of partnerships with all major hyperscalers, establishing itself as the sole pure play local managed services provider with the most specializations and certifications. It has also been recognized as a visionary in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for IT Transformation Services from 2022 and 2024, as well as a leader in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Professional Managed Services in Public Cloud Infrastructure in 2020.

“With a deep understanding of our clients’ industries and expertise in aligning technology with their specific business needs, Bespin Global has enabled numerous organizations to expand globally in a short time by establishing the right digital foundation,” Chaghlil adds. “This approach has led to significant revenue growth and freed teams to focus on scaling operations rather than non-core activities and technology applications.”

As a strong advocate of adopting cloud technology to unlock business potential and drive growth, Chaghlil says that he continuously works to bridge the gaps between technology and real-world business needs. “Leveraging cloud solutions enables organizations to significantly lower their total cost of ownership, break free from legacy system limitations, and harness advanced technologies to accelerate their go-to-market strategies, driving business growth,” he shares. “Bespin Global leads enterprises in data-driven transformations with deep expertise in cloud services, DevOps, agile development, artificial intelligence (AI), and data analytics, building a strategically solid cloud infrastructure.”

Plus, as technologies like AI, internet of things (IoT), and machine learning evolve, Chaghlil believes that the cloud will play an increasingly important role in empowering businesses. “The cloud is the foundation for all things digital, particularly for technologies like AI, machine learning, and IoT, which rely on its capabilities for application and continuous development,” he points out. “We see the cloud as the essential layer for harnessing next-generation technologies and a cornerstone for organizational growth and progress. It has already transformed operations, and in the coming years, its adoption — especially in highly regulated industries — will become the standard for building a future-ready business.”

Looking forward, Chaghlil foresees cloud technology continuing to optimize operations and future-proofing businesses as they scale. “I firmly believe the future of cloud technology is even more thrilling,” he declares. “We are on the brink of an era where AI, data analytics, and automation converge to reshape the way businesses operate. This is not just about cost savings or efficiency; it’s about unlocking the immense potential of businesses of all sizes. For future economies, cloud technology offers resilience, agility, and the essential tools to compete and succeed on a global stage.”

A Playbook For Success: Mouteih Chaghlil

Given the investment that GCC countries are putting into tech, what role do you think the region will play in the global landscape for it in the future?

“I was born and spent my early years in Abu Dhabi, and the UAE capital – actually the whole country – holds a special place in my heart. As my passion for business grew, there was no doubt in my mind that when I launched my own company, it had to be in this remarkable country – a place that doesn’t believe in limits, and inspires you to aim higher every day, to be unstoppable.

What makes the UAE and the GCC overall so extraordinary is the combination of visionary leadership, ambitious national agendas, and a steadfast commitment to economic diversification. The region’s emphasis on innovation and technology isn’t just a passing trend – it’s a strategic priority that makes it a vibrant and inspiring place to do business.

The level of investment the GCC is dedicating to technology – whether in artificial intelligence (AI), cloud infrastructure, or smart cities – is transformative. This positions the region as not only a hub for technological advancements, but also a leader in creating groundbreaking solutions.

As the global economy moves toward a digital-first future, the GCC is poised to play a defining role, driving innovation, attracting global talent, and setting standards that others will follow. It’s an exciting time, and I’m proud to be part of this incredible journey.”

What advice would you give to young people/new businesses looking to start/grow in your field/industry?

“I would tell them the potential in this industry is immense. The market is expanding at an unprecedented pace, with continued growth expected in the cloud landscape. Start by thoroughly exploring the market and building strong relationships to establish a solid reputation for your brand. Success in this field is driven just as much by collaboration as it is by innovation. Connect with others, share your ideas, and look for opportunities to partner with people who share your vision.

Next, focus on understanding the challenges organizations face in this fast-paced environment. Offer solutions that directly address those needs – this is where true value lies. Always keep learning. This industry moves incredibly fast, and staying ahead requires curiosity, adaptability, and continuous skill development. Surround yourself with mentors, invest in your growth, and stay open to exploring new trends and technologies.

Finally, embrace resilience. The tech journey is rarely a straight path, but challenges often spark the greatest innovations. Stay committed to your vision, even during tough times, and remain flexible enough to pivot when needed.”
