It is often said that the Middle East, more than anywhere else, runs on relationships that begin with a single conversation. But when a conversation fails, a deal fails—and that was the driver for the creation of Origa, an Abu Dhabi-headquartered voice artificial intelligence (AI) platform that’s led by co-founder and CEO Himanshu Geed. “The Middle East has one of the most aggressive lead generation ecosystems in the world, especially in the real estate space,” Geed explains. “Companies spend millions driving inbound leads, and then lose 67 percent of them before a human ever has a meaningful conversation. Not because they lack talent, but because qualification at scale is an unsolved operations problem. We built Origa to fix exactly that.”

Origa is thus a voice AI that handles complex, consultative sales conversations—the kind that typically take 15 to 30 minutes, require domain knowledge, and determine whether a lead converts or disappears. “What makes us different is precision,” Geed says. “Generic voice AI breaks down after five to eight conversational turns. Origa runs over 50 turn conversations with an error rate of under 0.1 percent, sub-800ms latency, and real-time integration with customer relationship management and enterprise risk management systems. Our models are trained on over a million real high-ticket sales calls.”

That level of performance is already translating into measurable outcomes. A property developer in the UAE, for instance, saw conversions increase from 7.5 percent to 10.4 percent with the use of Origa. Similarly, a fintech company cut collection costs by 78 percent. “We now process over 570,000 minutes of sales conversations every month, across more than 33 customers in the UAE, India, and the US,” Geed proudly shares.
