Jeddah Season 2024 Launches
The event aims to entertain Jeddah’s residents and visitors, create job opportunities and attract investments.
Jeddah Season 2024 kicked off on June 27th at the Jeddah Art Promenade under the slogan “Once Again,” featuring drone displays, fireworks, visual presentations, and roaming performances. Inaugurated by Prince Saud bin Mishal, Deputy Emir of Makkah Region and Chairman of the National Calendar Committee for Jeddah Governorate, the event aims to entertain Jeddah’s residents and visitors, create job opportunities, attract investments, and enhance Jeddah's status as a global tourist destination.[1]

The season offers a wide array of tourist and cultural activities. The City Walk area presents interactive experiences, motor and skill games, Arabic plays, restaurants, cafes, and shopping stores.
Additionally, the Warner Bros. Discovery: Celebrate Every Story area, making its debut in Saudi Arabia, offers a variety of games and entertainment shows.
Saudi Vision 2030 has been cited as the driving force behind the kingdom's ambitions to become the gaming capital of the world. It's also been credited for the recent boom in the Saudi real estate market.
First announced in 2016, Saudi Vision 2030 is a blueprint to diversify the kingdom's economy away from oil. Spearheaded by Crown Prince HH Mohammed bin Salman, the roadmap aims to improve the resilience of the Saudi economy, make the kingdom a connecting hub between Africa, Asia, and Europe, and create new avenues for job creation.
