A strategic leader with more than 16 years of experience in information technology (IT) and cybersecurity under his belt, Asem Alnogaithan has served more than 350 clients and delivered more than 600 projects over the course of his career. Today, as the founder and CEO of Saudi Arabia-based GlassHUB, he helps companies streamline their compliance workflows and enables smarter oversight of audit firms and suppliers, thereby strengthening organizational resilience and trust across supply chains.

“GlassHUB tackles a major challenge in the GCC: the lack of automated, continuous third-party compliance monitoring, which puts organizations at risk of regulatory and financial penalties,” he says.

GlassHUB’s artificial intelligence (AI)-driven platform—which automates compliance audits, provides real-time risk visibility, and integrates with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems like SAP—is hosted on the Saudi national cloud, ensuring data sovereignty and supporting Vision 2030 by promoting transparency, efficiency, and local job creation, Alnogaithan tells us.

“GlassHUB uses AI not just to automate audits, but to extract, normalize, and analyze compliance data from various sources—transforming what was once a reactive process into a proactive, risk-aware ecosystem,” he explains. “By doing so, it enables organizations to continuously assess supplier risks, predict potential compliance failures, and benchmark audit firm performance. This level of visibility and automation can be a gamechanger in a region like the MENA, where governments and enterprises are scaling fast and operating across complex supply chains.”

Meanwhile, as compliance becomes decentralized across borders, Alnogaithan points out that utilizing AI for regulatory technology (regtech) is becoming a strategic necessity to pre-empt risks before they happen.

“What excites us the most is the shift from reactive compliance checks to real-time, AI-driven compliance intelligence—where organizations can detect risks early, audit dynamically, and benchmark performance continuously,” Alnogaithan concludes.
